5. Rental Periods, Pickup and Return

Use under influence of alcohol, drugs or any substances that impair driving is strictly prohibited. The Renter bears full responsibility for infringements and damages.

7. Driver Requirements

Driver must present valid identity documents and a driving license valid for motorcycle category required by local law. Additional ID or passport may be requested. 9. Equipment and Gear

Rented helmets and gear must be returned in good condition. Damage or loss will be charged.

Helmets must be worn while riding according to law. The Client is responsible for proper use of safety gear.

10. Fuel, Mileage and Maintenance

The Company may terminate the rental immediately and repossess the motorcycle if the Client breaches these Terms, drives dangerously, is under the influence, drives outside authorized territory, or in other serious breaches. No refunds will be given in such cases.

14. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure — natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions, weather, or other events beyond reasonable control. The Company will offer alternatives where possible.
